Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease donut pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Combine wet ingredients.
  4. Stir wet into dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pipe batter into donut pan and bake 10-12 minutes.
  6. Dip in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
