Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream or milk of choice
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Swiss, or a mix
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika optional

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the prepared pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish. For a crispier crust, bake it for 8–10 minutes before adding the filling.
  3. In a blender or large bowl, mix together the eggs, cottage cheese, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Mix the chopped ham, shredded cheese, and parmesan cheese together and spread evenly over the crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings. Gently stir with a fork to distribute everything.
  6. Bake the quiche for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • To make it crustless, simply grease your pie dish well and skip the crust.
  • Blend in the blender if you prefer a smoother filling.
  • You can swap in cooked bacon, sausage, or veggies based on what you have on hand.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze slices for easy meals later.
