Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the beef. Drain excess grease (if desired). Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the potatoes into your skillet and mix with ground beef, and sprinkle with cheese.
Place skillet under a broiler for 1–2 minutes to melt the cheese.
