Method
- Take chicken out of fridge and let it come to room temperature at least 30 minutes before prepping.
- Pre-heat oven to 450℉.
- Pat chicken dry
- Place your chicken in a cast-iron pan. Spread butter all over the chicken and then add your spices to a small bowl mix together and sprinkle over the butter.
- Place your chicken in the oven and bake for 1 hour or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉ and the juices run clear.
- Cut up chicken and enjoy.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
