Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder heaping
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop grass-fed collagen optional

Method
 

Stovetop Method
  1. Combine milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, salt, and collagen (if using) in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk until smooth and steaming (do not boil).

Electric Frother Method
