Homemade Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise avocado oil mayo works well for a healthier option
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk adjust to preferred consistency
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice for extra tang

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt, and milk until smooth.
  2. Add the dried dill, parsley, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice.
  3. Whisk until well combined, tasting and adjusting the seasoning to your liking. Add a little more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
  4. Transfer to a jar or airtight container, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop fully.
  5. Serve and enjoy how you please!

Notes

  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Feel free to add a pinch more salt, pepper, or lemon juice after tasting if you’d like even more flavor.
